I requested service due to my unit freezing up, I had several estimates to fix the coils from other competitors and even my own GC, however all of them over quoted me while Zach came in and diagnosed the issue within 20 mins, and charged me 10% of what I was quoted. It's refreshing to find a contractor that knows what they are talking about and backs it up with good service. I have had this problem since I owned the house and I've been given all kinds of excuses as to why my AC didn't work, including that the unit didn't cover my sq footage. Only to find out it was never installed properly. Zach I can't thank you enough.

Alliance Air Solutions is FANTASTIC! We had just had our furnace serviced (by a well known vendor) on a Monday and on Thursday that same week when the weather dropped to super cold, our home temp had dropped to 68 degrees and the furnace wasn't coming on. I called the company who serviced our furnace just days ago assuming they had 24 hour emergency service only to find out they didn't and was told that someone would call me in the morning when they opened. Well we couldn't wait until the next morning as it was already 8:30 pm and it was getting colder and colder inside the house and outside. My daughter recommended Zach Bryant owner of Alliance Air Solutions and without hesitation he was at our home within the hour....9:30 pm to be exact. He performed his diagnostic and repair and had us up and running by 10pm. We were so THANKFUL! He told us exactly what needed to be repaired (need a new blower motor) and costed out the repair which was $200 "less" than what the other company estimated. Zach had the part ordered and installed within the week and we are now GOOD TO GO..and WARM!!! I feel confident that I've now got at least a few more years on my 17 year old furnace thanks to Zach. I highly recommend Zach Bryant and Alliance Air Solutions for ANY of your HVAC needs. Great work, reasonable prices, kind, and EXCELLENT customer service! Zach knows what he's doing and is very compassionate about his work!

Zach replaced our furnace and water heater in November. After getting an absurdly expensive quote from one of the big companies in town, I reached out to get several other quotes. Not only was Zach one of the cheapest, he also had the best customer service. He is incredibly knowledgeable and honest. He is very communicative and responds very quickly. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
